Structural Features – Wood framed shearwalls, 2-story steel moment frames @ leasing office, bolt-on-patios, trussed roof system
Resident Features – Bolt-on patios, elevator access, interior unit entrance (hallway, similar to a hotel).  Clubhouse includes bike storage, bike/dog wash station, kids area, fitness and yoga studios, and 1660square foot clubroom with retractable doors and windows, swimming pool + hot tub.
