CSi’s unconventional approach to work helps us maintain a happy office environment, which allows us to effectively provide our clients with the passion and attention that they have come to expect. At Canyons we push ourselves daily to provide timely structural engineering consulting and support with an emphasis on innovative efficiency.

History: Since 2001, Canyons has acquired substantial structural engineering experience, in the US and abroad, gaining expertise in educational, commercial, industrial, resort, multi-family (high-density), and custom residential design. Although we are confident in designing structures with conventional materials, we embrace the challenge of pioneering modern materials and systems. Clients that prefer to push the design envelope have come to rely upon us to find structural solutions that allow their visions to come to life.

Sustainability: Although we defy nature in our structural engineering design, we give nature the respect necessary to maintain a healthy living environment.  We value collaboration through mutual respect for our employees, our clients, and our environment.  Our Sustainability Plan aligns CSi’s office around a holistic vision and sets clear goals and priorities in the areas of emissions, energy, operations, nature, health, and well-being.  We recognize that our impact on our neighborhood, state, and world begins with conscience decisions in our operations.

Building Community: Strong Community is central to the CSi philosophy. We strive to maintain a safe and inclusive company culture that welcomes diversity. We expand our company’s reach into the community by supporting our staff though paid time as they provide volunteer service to organizations of their choosing. As structural engineers, we create safe buildings in which individuals can live, shop, play, learn, and worship. We build community!
